Peakify Digital provides IT services including but not limited to website design, web development, graphic designing, digital marketing, branding, SEO, social media management, video production, and related consultancy services. All services are delivered based on mutually agreed project scope, timelines, and pricing.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, code, graphics, logos, and digital assets created by Peakify Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership rights will be transferred as per the agreed terms.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoices. Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and feedback required to complete the project on time. Delays caused due to lack of communication may impact delivery timelines.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, and personal information shared during the course of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peakify Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, hosting providers, or platforms. Peakify Digital is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

8. Changes to Terms

Peakify Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
